Stir Fried Veggies

STIR FRIED VEGETABLES

1 TBSP oil 1 TBSP BUTTER
2 medium onions quartered cut into 1/4 in. strips
1 cup carrots sliced diagonally
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup cauliflower
2 stalks celery diagonally sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms sliced

garlic to taste

cook until tender. use fresh or frozen vegetables and what is in season
