1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 c crushed pineapple, drained
12 (3-inch long) celery sticks
Combine cottage cheese & peanut butter in food processor; blend until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Stuff celery with mixture.
Makes 6 servings
*Substitute 2 medium apples, sliced, for celery.
