Broccoli Cuffet Salad

3 c broccoli flowerets
1/2 c chopped red onion
1/2 c feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c raisins

Dressing:
1/2 c low fat yogurt
1/4 c light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp white sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt & pepper

Combine broccoli, onion, seeds, raisins and cheese. Combine dressing ingredients separately. Pour over salad and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or 2 days.
