2 onions, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1 bay leaf
8 oz can tomato sauce
4 chicken breasts, cubed
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried basil
2 (15 oz) cans diced tomatoes
4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
Place onions in bottom of slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
Serve over hot spaghetti.
